1. The Service

Vithropic provides a persistent intelligence platform that aggregates financial and health data, identifies patterns, and delivers personalized intelligence through weekly briefings and daily check-ins. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Vithropic, Inc. ("Vithropic," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vithropic account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Vithropic offers monthly and annual subscription plans at the pricing shown on our Pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans on the same date each year. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable schedule.

Founding Member pricing

Founding Member pricing ($25/month) is locked for the lifetime of the account for the first 100 members who join during the founding period. This price will not increase as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation and resubscription forfeits the founding rate.

Annual billing discount

Annual plans are billed at approximately 17% less than the monthly equivalent. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the billing date, except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods on monthly plans.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension, during which you may reactivate by updating your payment method.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a four-week free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, the system builds your baseline and delivers your week-four snapshot. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to a read-only state until you subscribe. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration before deletion.

One free trial per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts to access additional free trials is a violation of these Terms.

5. Your Data

You own your data. Vithropic holds it on your behalf to operate your intelligence system. By using Vithropic, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

This license ends when you delete your account. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts and data sources you authorize through Vithropic.

6. Not Financial or Medical Advice

Vithropic surfaces data and patterns from your accounts. The intelligence we provide is educational and informational. You are solely responsible for all financial and health decisions you make, with or without reference to Vithropic's intelligence.

Past patterns identified in your data do not guarantee future results. Scenario models are projections, not predictions. Peer benchmarks are statistical comparisons, not recommendations.

For financial advice, consult a registered investment advisor or certified financial planner. For medical advice, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Vithropic to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Connect accounts or data sources you do not have authorization to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional free trials
• Use the platform in a way that could harm Vithropic or third parties

8. Intellectual Property

Vithropic and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Vithropic, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your financial data, health data, or any personal information you provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vithropic provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the intelligence it provides will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vithropic's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Vithropic is not liable for any financial losses, health outcomes, or other damages arising from decisions you make based on intelligence provided by the platform.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or Vithropic. We will provide notice where possible before termination, except in cases of serious violation.

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disputes — will survive.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Vithropic.

Before initiating arbitration, we ask that you contact us at our contact page and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before they take effect.
